I stood there in stunned disbelief. Wait, did she just say Cinderella? Huh? Hold on. My brain can’t keep up. If she’s Cinderella, does that mean… I’m inside a story?

No way. That can’t be right. That’s impossible.

Then it hit me.

Come to think of it, how did I even get here?

When I think back, it was when I held the button I picked up over the book. Then I was enveloped in a light that poured from the book, and the next thing I knew, I was here.

I’m pretty sure that book was a “Collection of Fairy Tales.”

So, if I put the pieces together, that means this is the world inside that book. But I just can’t accept this reality. It’s too unbelievable. Anyway, there’s no time to stand around worrying. Let’s see how this plays out.

With that thought, I cautiously ran toward a nearby gate.

I found myself wanting to see a little more of this world.

Right now, I wasn’t so much scared as I was driven by a sense of wonder and a touch of giddy excitement.
